We’ve been going to this restaurant for years. Even before they expanded their dining area. The food is always great. And the employees are always very nice and friendly. I believe they changed owners but it’s still a great place to go to in Cary.

A busy place but it didn’t take us long to get seated on a Friday night. The complimentary bread and seasoned oil was a great start. Amazing flavor and well made bread. We ordered the veggie pie to start. The food and appetizers all came out at once which defeated the purpose a bit. I ordered the gyro platter, it was a big portion, shareable for me. One friend ordered the chicken yogurt kebab and the other the chicken Adana kebab. I personally enjoyed the yogurt kebab and Adana kebab more than the gyro platter.

I have been there for a dinner and to be honest everything was wonderful. Everything is started with a sauce with olive oil and in house made bread which was extremely delicious. The I got red lentil soup it was amazing too. After soup I got hummus with pastirma and mixed grill. As a hummus fan I would say it was one of my best hummus experiences. Mixed grill has chicken, lamb sish, gyro slices and meatballs. Gyro slices were not my style but other element on the dish including salat and bulgur were very good. Lamp was soft and juicy, meatball was delicious as well. I loved chicken too. Complimentary Turkish tea service (3 of them:)) was another good part. Lastly i have to mention that I have been very well taken care of by the employees during my dinner. Thank you…

Very unique restaurant with amazing food and a great environment. It seems to be packed with people at all times but everything is very quick so we have never experienced a wait. Everything we got was 10/10 from the bread to the apps to the entrees. Will definitely be coming back.

We live in Durham now but we used to eat here for lunch years ago and it was always excellent. Yesterday we were heading to a NC Symphony concert in Raleigh and hadn’t been able to find reservations for downtown restaurants. Someone suggested stopping off in Cary for dinner…we ended up at Bosphorus and if anything it was better than I remembered! The food is flavorful and fresh, chicken kabobs were cooked perfectly, the pide bread in red pepper oil is addictive, the waitstaff were friendly and attentive…wish we lived closer! And such a great value.
