Absolutely excellent. My mom and I came twice in one day while we were visiting. I got the vegan Scallop scampi and it was incredible. My mom got the BBQ sandwich and she loved it. Then we came back for dinner and got sushi and taco salad and more scampi and PB chocolate cheesecake and it was all fabulous. Everyone we met both times was awesome and the vibes and space are lovely. Can't wait to come back to Raleigh again so I can eat here again.

Here’s a polished version of your review:
I can’t say enough good things about Element Gastropub! My mom and I loved it so much that we went back two more times in just a week and a half—and even brought along non-plant-based family members, who were equally impressed. I had been to Element at least twice before about two years ago, and while I enjoyed it then, I was in more of a rush during those visits. This time around, I was able to take my time, soak in the inviting atmosphere, and even chat with the amazing owners.
Chef Lelia’s vision is nothing short of brilliant. Her creativity and passion shine through in every dish—you can truly taste the love in her food. Whether you’re in the mood for vegan comfort food, heartier meals, or more nutritious options, there’s something for everyone here. The restaurant is also super family-friendly, which makes it such a welcoming space for everyone.
The only downside? I live in New York, so I can’t enjoy Element regularly! But it’s now officially a must-visit stop whenever I’m in North Carolina to see the fam. Highly recommend!

The Element Gastropub is a plant based restaurant with a great location in downtown Raleigh. We stopped in for a drink and a very small bite to eat and we were not disappointed. Our waitress was amazing and very sweet. I got one of their seltzers and my other half got a sour beer, both were delicious while we shared a pretzel which also did not disappoint. They have cute decor, a large selection of food and drinks, great music, and bathrooms are clean. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!
Beer: Crank Arm Brewing - passion for bikes

Came in for an espresso martini. My bartender Dakota was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and so friendly. And my martini was not only very tasty but also beautiful.

We had a great experience today and love the new summer menu. Wanted to try everything! The presentation on the chick'n n waffles was beautiful. Food was delicious. Had great service and a beautiful conversation about this plant based life with our server D'Asia. We have been here several times and always visit when we're in Raleigh.
