Updating to a 3 star review after the team came out and picked up the leftover nails and debris. Should have been done right the first time, but I appreciated them coming out quickly to correct the issue.
I was initially happy with the work until walking my yard and seeing the mess that the crew left. My deck was littered with nails, screws and scrap metal. My deck was also covered in dirt from where the crew obviously didn’t clean up after the job. I have a young son and it’s a miracle he didn’t hurt himself with all the exposed nails on my deck. Buyer beware with the lack of care this company will demonstrate when cleaning up a job site.

They were wonderful — on time, responsive, knowledgeable. They came to clean the gutters and while doing so found multiple areas of rotted wood along the roof line and on the roof. They showed us the problems, discussed solutions, and did a fantastic job fixing the issues. We think they charged a fair price for their work. It looks great! (Photos show a before and after.)

I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed by Gonzalez Gutters. The team easily removed the old gutter on my two story home and had the new one installed in very little time. They made the work look too easy. I would highly recommend!

Good news is the job turned out excellent. The bad news is they had multiple issues of not coming when they say they are, not following through, etc.
First problem was they didn’t come on agreed upon date. I emailed them and said they’d be back the next day (no apology whatsoever).
Came late to do the job, but did a great job and finished before it was dark. No issue.
I noticed the website says “every job is owner inspected”. I told them about it and said I’d give the owner the payment when he inspects, and gave him multiple times to choose from to meet. They chose Friday, 12-2. No call at all. Two workers come at 7 in the pitch black and say “we’re here to pick up check ”. I told them they said they’re coming 12-2 and I don’t have it with me, and tomorrow they can come back and I’ll have it.
Emailed the company and never heard from them. Called the next morning and mentioned they didn’t come at agreed upon time, and where was the owner?” She emails and says a technician will come pick up the payment.” They came agreed upon time but it wasn’t the owner, (as their site says they inspect all jobs). It was the technician from the day they completed the job….
At that point I just paid and realized they just put “owner inspected” to look good.
Overall, great product but get everything in writing and understand they might not stick to their word or be on time.
