My wife and I decided to finally get all new windows. I had worked with Jeff on a few other small jobs at our house and knew he was very good. He demanded great work from his team. Also, Jeff and I had a very good rapport always talking about our kids and his grandkids and I knew that he was just a great guy. I almost looked at Jeff as if he was my big brother looking out for my best interests.Since it was such a big job for all new windows at our house, I decided just to shop around a little bit first. In the end, Jeff’s price was very fair and again I knew the work would be great so I had window works do our project. I called the team that did our project the “dream team” like in the Olympic basketball team. They were outstanding and also great guys. I highly recommend Jeff and his company.

Window Works is a real find! Jeff and Justin were very helpful throughout the whole process of planning and installing multiple windows and doors. It took a little while to get the project started but the wait was well worth it. The crew is very knowledgeable and hardworking. They really care about the final product. We had trouble with one door lock and Jeff followed up with the manufacturer of the door, making sure that the lock was replaced and working properly. Highest rating for all.

I chose Window Works to replace all the windows in my house because they provided a competitive quote. They replaced every window with a complete sash and frame. I was able to pick from any of the five windows in the Andersen range. Although there was a three-month wait after placing the order, the work was completed in a reasonable time, and I am very happy with the results.

I highly recommend Window Works Co. I learned of the company when admiring windows/doors of friends from church who had multiple doors and windows installed by Window Works and they recommended Window Works. While only purchasing 1 door and window, Jeff, the owner, spent significant time in the shop with my wife and me explaining different window and door options and seeking to understand just what we were looking for. Throughout the ordering and delivery process Jeff, his son Justin, and Lindsay in customer service/finance, were responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. Jeff, although not expected, delivered my door when it arrived. When there was a math mistake in the bill summarizing the total cost, when the store was actually owed more due to a tax miscalculation, they incurred the difference at a loss, honoring the original invoice.
The doors and windows they carry are of high quality.
We ordered a DSA Alexandria mahogany front door which our contractor installed and stained and an Anderson window with simulated divided light. Couldn't be happier.

Window works has replaced almost all of the windows and doors in our house. Jeff and his team were a big help with selecting the best windows for our needs.We have been very happy with the Andersen window quality and window works installation. Installation is very important and they have a very experienced team.
