We were at urban air today and we overall had a good experience, but there were definitely some things that were of serious concern. My kids are older so they were able to manage, but I would be worried if I had children who were 5-6 years old. Some of the staff were extremely unprofessional and careless and just playing around. Obviously, they were very young people and they were not very attentive about safety protocols, etc. Especially the staff on the ropes course. My son was accidentally sent into the zip line without even being tethered. If he was younger, he would’ve just leapt and fallen right off. The attractions are fun and the places is well maintained. But I wish the people manning the attractions were a little more mature, and were trained to handle young children. I saw another couple who were very concerned about their three year old, who was being pushed around by older children. Also, the staff were not very responsive to curb troublemakers. Instead, they were laughing and having a good time with the troublemakers. Add to that some of the teenagers manning the rides were using foul language. Advice to management would be to ensure safety so that nothing untoward happens. The café was excellent. We will definitely go back, but I hope management is aware of the importance of staffing especially when young children are at the venue.

This is a really nice place. My tall 3 year old had a blast. She could almost do all the activities. We spent $27 and purchased socks. Bring grippy socks to avoid extra cost. We stayed about 3 hours. They also have a decent menu where you can order pizza, wings, hot dogs, nachos, chips, beverages, and more. I would say it would be nice to have simple vegetarian options or even apple slices, bananas, etc.
My 4 year old daughter had her birthday party here on 11/9/24
Our party host was Aubrey and she was very attentive, good with the kids, accommodating. Anything we needed, she was happy to help and delivered quickly. She was truly amazing

Ooooooh, this was amazing!!! Loved this from beginning to end! Fun for all ages.
Our adult son and his girlfriend did the zipline, VR, Trampoline and more. Our teenage son also had a great time!! Our toddlers enjoyed the trampolines and obstacle course area, while my 8 year old nephew loved the obstavle course for his age group, trampolines and other features. Even Hubby and I had an amazing time! Fun times had by all!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Literally every person in there had an amazing personality and seemed to love their job. My kids loved it so much! The food was priced very fair and even tasted delicious! The activities were really cool and we spent 4 hours there and the kids and I didn't get bored. I even got to enjoy a lot of it.

**Rating: ★★★☆☆**
Urban Air is a decent spot for a family outing, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The variety of activities available is great, and the kids really enjoyed themselves. However, the place can get quite crowded, which makes it difficult to fully enjoy some of the attractions. . Overall, it's a fun experience, but a bit of attention to these details would make it much more enjoyable.
