Aarron & Kai were very friendly and professional. Made a stressful day very easy. I highly recommend! **EDITED** I prematurely gave a 5 star review before noticing damage to my elliptical that I specifically asked to be handled with extreme care because it is the most expensive piece of furniture I own!! It has front wheels and can easily be rolled when tilted… but it seems as if one of the guys leaned it so low to the ground they scraped it agains the asphalt or gouged it as they were loading it in their truck on the lift. What I do know, is there is NO REASON this damage should have occurred!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This was my first experience with movers and it was not a good one. We were told a lot of misinformation at the beginning and then when moving day finally came around, were told very different things. They completely destroyed one of my dressers because they dropped it and then tried to say they didn’t know what happened. A piece of it ended up on the roof on my building and we had to call maintenance to retrieve it. The put a hole in the wall of my brand new house and didn’t even apologize for it. There was a younger guy who made us feel very uncomfortable and made very inappropriate comments and language the entire time. He left his cigarette/cigar on my table with ashes all over. He was on his phone most of the time and for someone paying by the hour, that is completely unacceptable. The older gentleman helping was doing all the work and he was incredibly nice. The company didn’t offer any type of compensation, which they said I would get, for all the issues. Definitely do not recommend, especially since they do not do anything for customers when their employees caused the delays.

I had an good experience with this moving team! Anthwoine, Jordan, Jaron, and Kareem were all incredibly professional, efficient. I have used All My Sons movers for at least three moves now, and they keep getting better! I’ve had huge moves and small moves. It doesn’t matter to them. They treat me so respectfully and treat my family’s belongings as their own.
Logan and Donald were on fire today. They were constantly working in sync, didn’t complain about the stairs 😉, super professional, and fun to be around. I know what it’s like when moves don’t work out like this; I’m SO appreciative of you guys. Thank you again for another stress-free experience. Great job! 🙏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼⭐️
