Cava was a good lunch spot to go. They have some good selection options if you don’t want to make your own bowl. I got the Spicy Lamb & avocado bowl. Which was definitely not spicy, which I was ok with. The bowls are a good portion for a lunch. I will say they do overload the dressing, but that was on me to tell them to go lite on it. But it was very good, has a nice tangy flavor to it. I also got the garlic chicken & veggie pita, which was really good and they load it up to the point of not being able to close, which I’m all for. I also got a Mexicane Cola, just out of curiosity, it tastes like a less sugary coke. Wouldn’t get it again. But as per Cava, I would recommend this spot for a healthy bite of food.

I visited Cava in Cary, NC for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I especially loved the variety of flavors and options available. Shion made the experience even better by guiding us through the menu, explaining different flavor combinations and spice levels. Her recommendations were spot on, and her customer service was exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Love the food from this place. Pam took good care of me today. She was fast, friendly and made sure I had all I needed. It was such a great day to sit outside their place to eat. Highly recommend for yummy lunch.

My expectations were raised when I went there for lunch with friends for the first time and saw how packed it was—I was hoping for the best food around. I had to settle for the brown rice and the other vegetarian toppings because they were out of white rice by the time I got to the section. The veggies seemed burnt and overcooked to me! Since there was a lot of demand during lunch, I believe they neglected to maintain the food's quality. Overall, the food was ok in my opinion—not as good as I had hoped compare to other Mediterranean restaurants. The staff members was professional and friendly!

Delicious Greek food served in a Moe’s style setting. The workers were happy and professional. they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
