This is absolutely the BEST arborist service in the area!
We have contacted or talked to no less than 8 Arborists through the triangle area over the last (4) years. This is the 3rd we have had on site. And we will not be looking any further!
If you’ve ever looked for any trade, you know you gotta go through a dozen to find one that is professional, good at their trade, loves their trade so they actually care about your property, and actually communicates appropriately. Leaf & Limb Raleigh is all that. So many others don’t even respond:(
Dan - met with us, went over and above what I would ever expect in terms of all my questions, continually speedy responses, follow up, advice, and helpfulness with coordinating other departments. Thank you Dan!
Hayden- clearly loves what he does as well! Hayden led the team onsite for a de-compaction effort with our prize 125 + yr old Southern Magnolia. He was so very attentive the entire time with updates and my questions as they worked. What a joy to have their crew on site!
He and Dan seem as invested in this tree (as well as the rest of the property) as we are! I wish we had the resources for them to attend to the entire property, but worth every penny based on their knowledge and dedication for the services they are doing for us.
Dont hesitate to hire them!

Patrick came out to do a free estimate on a sick tree in my yard. Patrick was both on time and profesional. He gave me an honest recommendation on my tree. Impressive service from booking to the consultation.

Thomas came to evaluate the trees in my yard and I am very impressed by his professionalism, thorough checking, and passion to maintain a healthy local ecosystem. He also sent a book published by the company on everything about landscaping, a very fun book.

Had to have a 120'+ 60+ year-old pine in a tight corner removed from the back yard, near a shed and two fences, plus a lot of neighbors. We did have the luxury of having the lot next door vacant with permission for access, so we had to move a fence, but it gave them great access to the tree in our back yard. Also had to have an out-of-control crepe myrtle taken down and its stump ground. Greyson called ahead and showed up as promised for the quote, and was able to fit us in within a week or so. He answered all our questions and concerns and the quote sent to us had great detail with pictures and scope of work listed. Their email communication was prompt, and clear, with caveats for weather delays spelled out. The crew showed up as promised, even though we had had enough rain we thought they'd have to postpone. They were courteous and spent time analyzing the pine and the best way to get the pine out of there. Unlike other tree crews we've seen in our neighborhood, these guys were very methodical, careful, and analytical about taking the tree down, and fastidious about safety. They limbed it from the bottom up, then felled it section by section. They were a joy to watch. The tree was so large, it took all day. They were able to take our 20-30 foot high 40-year-old crepe myrtle down in about 30 minutes and left the stump. They cleaned up with a blower and rake afterward and left. Except for our moved fence and some woodchips on our shed roof, you wouldn't have known they were there. That day, I received an email that the stump grinding would take place a few days from then. True to their word, they showed up, ground it into a nice little pile, cleaned up and left. True professionals. I highly recommend!!

I think Leaf and Limb have a repeat customer for life in me. I appreciate the professionalism and feel like I am talking to people who KNOW what they are talking about. They are realistic if a tree is beyond saving but also ARE realistic if there are things we can do to save a tree. Many companies will just go straight to removal because it’s more money for them, Leaf and Limb seems to be in it for the trees more than the business side.
