A very unique twist on some great southern fare! I enjoyed the deviled eggs and shrimp 🍤 jambalaya! They had a diverse selection of cocktails. I savored the passion fruit margarita which I definitely recommend! Staff was very attentive and pleasant. The cornbread was delicious and the White Chocolate Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was a great way to finish the meal. Overall a great experience and can't wait to return for some more delicious food and beverages!

We dined here on New Year’s Day. Their special menu included New Year classics which was a sweet touch. Our appetizers (crab cakes, truffle fries, and southern kitchen snacks) were plentiful in size and were tasty. Our family tried a variety of meals, between the wintry salmon salad, one of the special New Year meals, Caesar salad with chicken, and the snappy chicken sandwich. Everything was presented beautifully. We would recommend this restaurant and return again.

I was hesitant about coming here due to my bad experience with green valley grill in greensboro. This restaurant is affiliated with it, so I thought i was going to have the same type of experience. This establishment is much better than GVG. The truffle fries were done good, fries were cooked a bit too much for my preference, though. The oxtail plate was very good. I added collard greens to go with the dish, and it complimented it well. Could've used a bit more seasoning. My date had the salmon entree, and that was great as well. Overall, I am pleased with this spot. Perfect setting for valentines Day.

Southern Cooking with an uplifting flavor profile As you step into this restaurant, it exudes warmth, comfort, and charm, making you feel you are diving into an authentic southern experience. The service members were attentive but relaxed, providing a great experience and hospitality, knowledge of the menu, and a consistent experience during the entire visit. Overall, the food could be described as a classic southern dish elevated with new ingredients and flavors, bringing the dishes to a new level of taste, texture, and indulgence, capturing the true essence of the south with a more modern flair. Appetizer Fried Green Tomatoes. This is generally not my favorite dish, but the waiter recommended it as one of the staples. Every slice of tomato was perfectly crisp with a consistent golden color and crunch exterior with a tender, tangy interior. The bold flavors that topped the tomatoes between the spice of the Voodoo Sauce, the creamy richness of the blue cheese dressing, and the smoky crunch of bacon, this was a perfect blend, creating a remarkable rendition of a classic that even I loved. Entrees Braised Beef & Egg Sandwich. The main ingredient of the dish – braised beef – truly melted in your mouth, coupled with the creamy texture and flavor of the Havarti cheese, creating the perfect base for this complex dish. The light and fluffy scrambled eggs, coupled with the baby arugula, brought a creamy, peppery freshness that truly balanced the richness of the beef and cheese. This sandwich was placed between two slices of toasted challah bread bun, which provided a sweetness that complemented the overall savory aspects of the dish. Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. Comfort food at its finest. The meatloaf was juicy and full of flavor, wrapped in the crispy, smoky bacon, creating a nice crunch with every bite you took. The rich gravy poured over the meatloaf was a spark of deliciousness, paired with onions to add a touch of sweetness to the dish. The flavors were well-balanced and really raised the bar for a classic meatloaf. Nestled in a bed of mashed potatoes and a side of shaved brussel sprouts brought in all the necessary components to provide perfect harmony in the entire dish. Overall If you are in need of comfort food and don’t want the same ole dishes, you need to take a chance and go to Lucky 32, which really raises the bar and the expectations of a true take on classic southern cuisine.

Just arrived home after hosting a small group of friends for my 70th birthday. I had reservations at a downtown Raleigh restaurant but cancelled them because L32 is so much more convenient and the food is reliably good. We arrived a little early and were shown to our table . When the rest of the group arrived we were served cocktails and ordered some shared appetizers. We ordered food from the brunch and lunch menus and everything was on point. Service was great without any undue fussiness . Our champagne was nicely served and we had some post meal cocktails. Perfect afternoon (The food prices are very reasonable given the food quality…our $30-$50 pp check was inclusive of several drinks each)
