We have used Metcalf several times over the years. This was a house painting project. Steven, the manager, is prompt and detailed in his quotes, which results in no surprises at the completion of the job. The quality of work was excellent, was priced fairly, and completed on time. The painters are friendly, polite and skilled. The are excellent in noticing things during the job, and repairing them without having to be asked. They are neat and careful. I highly recommend Metcalf for any painting requirements.

We had a wonderful experience with Metcalf. We needed our entire home painted very quickly as well as some carpentry work to the front and back porch. Our project manager, Daniel was amazing to work with. He had a team pulled together quickly and they finished our job in just a few days ... 2 days earlier than promised. He always checked the progress of the job and the work being done. The crew was always on time and cleaned up nightly so there was never a mess after they left. The painters were very pleasant and respectful of the house and they took their time yet worked quickly to get everything finished on time. I would highly recommend Metcalf.

Metcalf Painting and Flooring painted the complete exterior of our house including our screened in porch and staircase. The quality of the work performed is a solid 5+ Stars and if we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Daniel is a pleasure to work with, very personable, professional and attentive to detail. He checked-in on site each day of the 5 day project. The painting crew of which there were four at times, are very professional and pleasant to interact with and are very attentive to detail and perform solid top quality work. It is very evident that they take great pride in their work. The end result is impressive quality and which has definitely increased the value of our house in one week's time. Our exterior today has better workmanship than it did when brand new and completed by the builder, 8 years ago. I obtained multiple bids for exterior painting. Metcalf had been highly recommended by a friend, and I found their bid to be competitive. Customer service, starting with Eric Puryear, was exceptional. I was kept informed of the stages of the job throughout. The on-site crew was very detailed, starting with caulking and continuing all the way to trim painting. I am extremely pleased with their finished product, and I will recommend Metcalf to neighbors and friends.

We recently completed our second project with Metcalf Flooring and wish we could give them more than 5 stars! They repaired our hardwoods after a dishwasher leak, then we had them replace our upstairs carpets a few months later. Of all the companies we have worked with for various home repairs, they have been the most enjoyable to work with by far. Carmen (flooring director) is such a gem for the company! Her communication is top-notch, she's knowledgeable about all things flooring, and she seemed to genuinely care that everything was completed to our liking.
