Two years ago, we had gutters and gutter guards installed by NC Siding and Windows. They looked great and worked well. Recently, we noticed that one of the gutter guards had become detached and that a squirrel had built a nest in the gutters. NC Siding and Windows promptly came to our home to remove the nest and reattach the guard under their workmanship warranty. Great job, NC Siding and Windows!

Wonderful experience with NCSW! Getting my consultation with Ed scheduled was quick and easy. He answered all my questions and educated me on things I didn't even know to ask about. He was kind, thoughtful and informative. Andy and his crew who installed the new siding were on-time, respectful, hard-working and did a beautiful job. Andy responds to every call and text right away and stops by frequently as well. This is the second time we have used NC Siding and will continue to use them in the future as the need arises. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough great things. We replaced almost all our windows.
From the quoting process to the install completion, this family-run, local business is very communicative, helpful, courteous, and punctual. They are ethical and honest, not flashy and deceiving. Communication was top-notch from the office to the on-site reps/technicians. I was very impressed by Jack & Team for the install. They worked thoroughly and cleanly.
The family and friends of NC Siding & Windows will treat you right and with patience. I seriously have nothing I can criticize. You should include them in your initial shortlist!
