First impressions were great, they had free parking and finding the location was easy. I did the Dracula room with one friend and we had a good time. The staff were very nice and were as helpful as possible. The only issues we had were in the game mechanics. Sadly, we had issues with the in-room intercoms not working for hints (all sound was muffled), and two puzzles we got correct but for unknown reasons did not let us proceed to the next step (a handle needed to be moved a half centimeter to the right to work) which was frustrating. I am a seasoned escape room enjoyer and loved the story and artwork. I will most definitely try another room in the future, I think the minor issues we had can be fixed and I am excited to try their other rooms.

First escape room me and we had a team building event for work. We divided into two teams and had identical rooms for a little contest. We had a blast and needed the full hour. We will go again next team meeting since the team enjoyed it so much. Definitely recommend them.

Every single 5 star review is accurate. They do a great job here! It feels like you start the room even before you go in! Very emersive! Good for groups of any size.
They have 3 buildings, and parking in the back. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Challenges are tricky, but not too hard. They have a good variety! Plenty of rooms to try.
We did Dracula and had a wonderful time!

Just played the Dracula escape room, it was one of the best designed escape rooms I’ve played in a while! The design of the set, props used, and logic of the puzzle were all exceptional! Annabelle was an amazing game master and was a great help to us from the moment we stepped through the door. We will definitely come back again and play more escape rooms!

Just did the Gallery, the second room I did at Nerd, absolutely fantastic as always! The design was incredibly creative, with puzzles and elements I've never encountered before. A truly unique experience, highly recommended. I can't wait to try their other rooms
