Ryan was our first contact. He explained the windows and front door that would best suit our needs. He initiated the financing and ordering the products. We were kept up to date on the status of our order being handled by the manufacturer.
They installed 17 windows and a front door yesterday. The installation team was very professional and spoke with me often during the install.

The Aluminum Company of NC installed a Storm Door last week at my house. They are an excellent company to work with. Their customer service is great and they did an excellent job installing my storm door. Dan was the installer and he took his time to ensure everything was perfectly installed correctly.

The Aluminum Company of NC just completed installation of replacement windows for our 28 year old home. Kudos to everyone we came in contact with!
Patrick Day did an excellent job of presenting the energy star quality windows and making beneficial suggestions ensuring we felt confident in our choice of materials and the Aluminum company of NC.
George and Kenny demonstrated superb workmanship. In two and a half days, they changed out 24 windows! Kudos!
The Aluminum Company remained in constant contact with us while we were awaiting installation reassuring us we had not been forgotten.
Before any payment was made, Christy, a customer service specialist, came and did a walk through to make sure the job was completed, to help answer any questions, and to make sure we were completely satisfied!
We sincerely appreciate the Aluminum Company of NC making us feel like family.

I hired The Aluminum Company of North Carolina to replace the rear door on my house with a sliding door. I'm very happy with the result. The representatives communicated well and there were no surprises. The install crew did a thorough job and did not rush their work. The siding needed to be touched up along one side after the installation, but they sent someone out within a few days to take care of that. Overall, I'm very pleased, and if I need similar work again, I'll contact The Aluminum Company of North Carolina first!

We just had a door replaced by Aluminum Company of NC and it was a great experience end to end. The level of customer service and attention to detail is superb- it is rare to get such thorough customer care! I appreciated the no pressure estimate and info from Ryan, great work by Michael K and Michael S on measurement and installation, and awesome follow up customer care/post purchase support from Christy. I really appreciated their punctuality, friendliness, knowledge, and quality of work. Would highly recommend and will be repeat customers!
