I am very pleased with the service I received from Aluminum Company of NC. Jeff Hoffman was the best salesman. He is old school, do he listens to what you want and explain it in away you can comprehend it and he doesn't talk over you!
Troy, Brandon and Todd did a wonderful job to include cleaning up their mess.

Our experience with the Aluminum Company was beyond expectations as were the results of the improvements. During the project, several unforeseen issues came up and they were handled in a professional manner that gave us the opportunity to make informed decisions to save money down the road.
The project manager Jared was in constant contact and communicated in a manner that gave a level of understanding that allowed us to make the smarter decisions for what needed to be done in a cost-effective manner.
The individual crews working on site handled themselves curiously and professionally giving us updates and instructions on how the new items worked.
We have already had several of our neighbors comment positively on the improvements. We highly recommend The Aluminum Company of NC and will use them again for further improvements.

We contacted the Aluminum Company because we became aware of a water intrusion problem. Aluminum company installed the original windows. When my husband and I contacted them, they informed us that the warranty is transferrable to the second owner of the home, and we had just put the home into our names. We were also told it was still under warranty by the woman we spoke to. We asked them to come look at our windows.
The individual they sent blamed the water intrusion on our roof. See the email attached. Then, he said it was a 10 year warranty now. We asked for the paperwork, they couldnt find it. Then, they came back and said no, it's 20 years and nontransferable.
We have had multiple contractors since them who have all said that the windows were improperly installed and there was no flashing on the windows. We had the windows repaired properly with flashing and wow, no water intrusion! Not a single drop. We were told by multiple contractors that the quality and ethics of the Aluminum company have gone down in recent years and they have dealt with many issues from them. They keep their window repairs in business. We plan on installing modern energy efficient windows this summer and will definitely not be hiring this company.

We can't say enough about this company. After many years of neglect we found ourselves in need of a major facelift. We reached out to multiplie companies for evaluations and estimates. Jeff Hoffman of Aluminum Company provided a comprehensive and detailed estimate and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Once supplies were received we were able to get the job scheduled and in less than three weeks we had what looks like a whole new house!
The work crew was amazing. The job site was cleaned every night. The impact on the neighbors was kept to an absolute minimum (not easy to deal with a construction dumpster on a fairly narrow street!)
From start to finish we were kept informed and included in every phase of this project.
Thankfully we will never need to do this again to this house but if we do ... there's only one company we'll call!!

The performance by the Aluminum Company of NC gets top marks, they were outstanding. We found their attention to detail superior and compliment that with their continuous checking and verification if it was exactly what we wanted. That customer attention started from the first meeting with the sales rep up through the final review of their work product with their quality person at the close of the project. I was amazed at their deep bench of professionals as I became aware that most of the staff had been contractors in their own right with a deep experience in the building trades. Communications between all phase of the window replacement process was seamless as well as informative the options for each of our selections, the comparative tradeoffs coupled with what to expect. We believe that their top quality is directly attributable to their continuous focus on customer satisfaction.
With the finished install, our home looks like new, the windows add marked increase in visibility and the sound deadening from outside is a great relief from the noise pollution. My only regret is that this work was not done years ago.
