We visited Urban Air for my daughter’s birthday, and overall, it was a great experience! I really appreciate the 50% off parent passes, which made it more enjoyable for everyone. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and this location is definitely a step up from the one in Raleigh.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is a few disappointments with the experience. First, I wish they would clean the tables more frequently throughout the day. Second, the skydiving experience was frustrating—we were told there was a 45-minute wait, but when we came back, we were told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the staff was too tired. That definitely should have been communicated upfront.
Additionally, we specifically purchased our pass to experience the VR section, only to find out it wasn’t open the entire time we were there. That was really disappointing.
Other than those issues, we had a fun time and will likely be back!

We booked a birthday party for early November and it was AMAZING. The facility was so clean and nice. Our party host, Aubrey, was absolutely fantastic. She took such good care of us and answered all of the questions we had. We will absolutely be returning to Urban Air for parties again!

The experience at the Adventure Park was ok for as for adult. I was supervising 7 children (6-12 y.o.) The Park offers different attractions and most of them are fun. However there are some cons:
1. Not enough dining tables for those who wants to sit, eat and left. A lot of people that occupy tables, they're just sitting there, waiting for their kiddos, not eating.
Park Management may put some coaches, bean bag chairs etc. for those people who are just waiting and chilling. Or add more tables and chairs in general. They do have enough space to organize this idea.
Those 2 table I managed to found was disgustingly dirty. I cleaned them myself.
2. Bumper cars. 3 out of 8 didn't work and were just standing in the playing are, being an uncomfortable obstacle for those cars that worked. Would be great to remove everything that isn't working.
3. I would also suggest improving VR game experience. Some games weren't fun or engaging at all, some were just weird.
Otherwise, kiddos had a great time and the food was good.

The space was not cramped and was wide open for plenty of activities without everything feeling like it was on top of everything else. Very well spaced out. The different play activities had something for all the kids to enjoy at the party and they had a blast running from one thing to another. The food was way better then expected for the type of place it is, definitely not disappointed. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back with my son and his friends.

We were at urban air today and we overall had a good experience, but there were definitely some things that were of serious concern. My kids are older so they were able to manage, but I would be worried if I had children who were 5-6 years old. Some of the staff were extremely unprofessional and careless and just playing around. Obviously, they were very young people and they were not very attentive about safety protocols, etc. Especially the staff on the ropes course. My son was accidentally sent into the zip line without even being tethered. If he was younger, he would’ve just leapt and fallen right off. The attractions are fun and the places is well maintained. But I wish the people manning the attractions were a little more mature, and were trained to handle young children. I saw another couple who were very concerned about their three year old, who was being pushed around by older children. Also, the staff were not very responsive to curb troublemakers. Instead, they were laughing and having a good time with the troublemakers. Add to that some of the teenagers manning the rides were using foul language. Advice to management would be to ensure safety so that nothing untoward happens. The café was excellent. We will definitely go back, but I hope management is aware of the importance of staffing especially when young children are at the venue.
