This is the second time I've had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Jeff Reif and his family at Window Works.
Not only are they consummate professionals, but Jeff has the most experience in this field of any provider I've ever worked with, ever in the past twenty-five years.
I have been recommending his business to friends and family who are considering renovating their homes, and keep in mind that we drive nearly three hours to his showroom. It's worth every minute we've spent getting there and back.
Not only did he save me from making several mistakes in our original order working with the big-box retail stores, but he also was able to give us a much better price, the highest-quality materials, and the most professional advice and customer care in this space.
Our project wouldn't have had nearly the wow factor without his help and direction.

Jeff, Justin, and along with his team are amazing. They all are very knowledgeable and personable. We walked through the process of choosing what windows would be best for us together. They take the time to make sure that the job is done right, beginning at inception and finishing through ordering and installation (upcoming soon for us). This is our third home project with them. We appreciate being treated like family and we recommend them without any reservation. Cannot imagine trusting anyone else! Why consult others when you can work with family? I highly recommend Window Works Co. I learned of the company when admiring windows/doors of friends from church who had multiple doors and windows installed by Window Works and they recommended Window Works. While only purchasing 1 door and window, Jeff, the owner, spent significant time in the shop with my wife and me explaining different window and door options and seeking to understand just what we were looking for. Throughout the ordering and delivery process Jeff, his son Justin, and Lindsay in customer service/finance, were responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. Jeff, although not expected, delivered my door when it arrived. When there was a math mistake in the bill summarizing the total cost, when the store was actually owed more due to a tax miscalculation, they incurred the difference at a loss, honoring the original invoice.
The doors and windows they carry are of high quality.
We ordered a DSA Alexandria mahogany front door which our contractor installed and stained and an Anderson window with simulated divided light. Couldn't be happier.

Jeff's experience and knowledge of Andersen Windows was so helpful for the design process for the addition project I was involved with. He was able to satisfy all the clients questions and desires to determine the best options for all the windows. We picked up the windows from his warehouse and had a great time visiting and hanging out with Jeff, Liz, and their precious dog, Brooklyn. Superior service and would highly recommend Window Works Co.
