The team at Window World of Raleigh was incredibly responsive and attentive. Allyce, my sales representative, took the time to understand my vision for the sunroom and provided valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the design. Both Allyce and Dylan, the Construction Manager, ensured that every detail was meticulously planned and executed, right down to matching a specific shade of white.
The craftsmanship is outstanding. Every detail was meticulously handled, and the quality of materials used is top-notch. With over 20 years in the construction/design/real estate business, I have high expectations, but Window World of Raleigh surpassed them. Silva, the installer, and his team demonstrated remarkable skill and attention to detail. Bruno was exceptionally attentive making sure we were informed during the entire process. The sunroom feels like a seamless extension of my home, and it has quickly become my favorite spot to relax and enjoy the view outdoors.
The crew was punctual, respectful, and maintained a clean work environment throughout the project. They ensured minimal disruption to my daily routine and completed the installation earlier than the promised timeframe. Allyce and Dylan visited the job site to make sure everything was going well, and Robert called from the office to check on our satisfaction.
We just renovated our home and were hesitant to have any major construction work done. A great experience from start to finish. House call for the sales pitch and measuring wasn't terribly time-consuming, but I got all the detail we needed to make a decision, and following up to confirm and schedule was easy as well. The crew was able to install all 9 upstairs windows in roughly 6 hours or less, with no mess inside or out, since they sealed off the windows from the inside before removing the old ones. The final results fit perfectly and look like the "belong", and everything is very well-sealed. 0% financing is also a plus, although the price was very reasonable to begin with. We'll be calling them again later on for the rest of the windows!

We replaced all windows in our 2100 square foot house except 1 and were amazed at not just the price (lowest of 4 quotes), but the quality of the product, customer service and installation. The Silva Team of installers were amazing to watch, they completed the installation in just one 8 hour day and completely cleaned up after their work. The windows themselves are impressive, we no longer struggle to open/close them, clean them or move the screens. Now that we went without grids on back and sides of house, the view is amazing. I absolutely love the casement window above the kitchen sink, so easy to open and close. Bob was everything we wanted in a salesman, nice, informative and not pushy. Eric also gave us great service as they measured multiple times to make sure the specialty windows turned out just right. The timing of purchase to install was also fast, windows were ready in the timeframe promised and installation appointments were readily available. We highly recommend Window World and love our new windows.

My experience with Window World was exceptional. Their team came out & replaced some windows & doors in our home. All day into the early evening they worked in tandem, replacing the old with new items. Half of the team would follow up with cleaning & picking up any debris or trash after each installation. They would come & get me to insure that I was satisfied with each new replacement. When they finished with all the replacements, we walked from room to room to make sure I knew how to open & close the windows & doors. I will definitely use Window World when I need to replace any other windows or doors. Every single detail was discussed in advance so there were no breakdowns during installation. They have great customer service, keeping me posted as when products were ordered, when they arrived in house, & then scheduled installation.
You won't be disappointed with Window World & their products.

We had all of ours windows replaced as well as a new door in our kitchen. Our Rep was Allyce Jackson and she was amazing!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole process run so smoothly. All the windows and my kitchen door were done in less than 7 hours 🔥 and the crew that was working my job were top notch! Hard workers, they knew what they were doing.
